Yumberry - Myrica Rubra Berry

Yumberry is another name for the sweet purple-red fruit of the Myrica Rubra tree, cultivated mainly in sub-tropical south-eastern China.

Yumberry is unusually rich in OPC's (Oligomeric Proanthocyanidins) the most powerful class of free-radical-scavenging antioxidants believed to support every metabolic system in the body. OPC's can protect the body against internal and environmental stresses and are said to help defend against cardiovascular and other degenerative diseases and premature aging.

Recommended Usage

We recommend you take 30ml of Healthwize 100% Pure Organic Yumberry Juice each morning on an empty stomach. Then take a full glass of water and wait at least 30 minutes before eating breakfast. Each litre bottle of yumberry juice taken in this way will give 33 daily servings.

If you prefer to take your yumberry juice later in the day, or to take more than one serving, then take in the same way at least 2 hours after your last meal (3 hours if it was a large meal).
