All About Mangosteen
Mangosteen is harvested mainly from the tropical forests of East Asia. Its white, soft and juicy flesh is sweet and aromatic. It contains a very high concentration of Xanthones, one of the most powerful anti-oxidants ever discovered.
The fruit is about the size of a tangerine. When ripe the mangosteen has a smooth dark purple outer rind encasing a snow-white fruit.

40% of our Mangosteen Juice Blend is taken from pure whole Mangosteen fruit, including its peel. To this we then add the juices of the following 6 fruits, each comprising 10% of the whole juice: Black Cherry, Cranberry, Raspberry, Pomegranate, Elderberry, Blueberry
These further fruits add naturally occurring minerals, enzymes, vitamins, antioxidants, phytonutrients and bioflavanoids to make our Mangosteen Juice blend a powerful phytochemical cocktail.
Recommended Usage
We recommend you take 30ml of either Healthwize Mangosteen Juice Blend or Healthwize 100% Pure Organic Mangosteen Juice each morning on an empty stomach. Then take a full glass of water and wait at least 30 minutes before eating breakfast. Each litre bottle of mangosteen juice taken in this way will give 33 daily servings.
If you prefer to take your mangosteen juice later in the day, or to take more than one serving, then take in the same way at least 2 hours after your last meal (3 hours if it was a large meal).
