Glucosamine: What is it ?

Glucosamine is a natural sugar produced by your body and found in a wide variety of foods. It is the essential and principal ingredient that determines the quantity of proteoglcycan (water-holding) molecules that are formed in the body. The greater the amount of glucosamine in the body, the greater the amount of proteoglycans.
