Lactobacillus Acidophilus: Recommended Usage

Anti-Candida Program: One tablet three times a day, preferably with a meal. Note that an anti-candida programme may need to last up to 6 months during which a gradual improvement should be noticed.

Maintenance: A single tablet a day with a meal.

NOTE: Once opened the bottle of tablets should be refrigerated.

NOTE: should you have severe symptoms and suspect you are suffering from an overgrowth of candida we would advise you to see an enlightened doctor (many are painfully ignorant of the condition) and to seek out a book which will explain how to construct your own anti-candida program. These generally last about 6 months and may involve changing your diet and further dietary supplementation in addition to acidophilus.

Two books by Leon Chaitow, "Candida Albicans" and "Postviral Fatigue Syndrome" consider the condition and its treatment in depth.
